"It was easy for him to remove a tile, and it only took about a minute or two. The harder part was cleaning the thinset mortar off of the cement slab. This was done with an electric tool and could be done fairly quickly. One good tile was chipped by him in the process, and had to be removed. The new tiles were cut to fit underneath door jambs and closer to the wall. My problem is that the tiles were not placed very well. They are uneven to my eye. To test this I took a sheet of paper and slid it all over the floor where the original tile existed, and it slid across fine. However, on the tiles that were installed, the paper hit the edge of the tile in some places, because it was sticking out too high. An excess of thinset mortar was probably used, because it is filling in the grout lines in some places, and this may have caused the tiles to be higher. In addition, the tiles are not aligned accurately. Even though he may have installed tile many times, it seems to me that there may be a few key tools, tips, or techniques that he is missing which would help him do a more accurate job. The tiles are installed "correctly" in that they won't break, but with a jobs like this, aesthetics is half of what you are paying for. It seems to me that it would only have required a little more attention to detail on what was probably the easiest part of this particular job."

"For starters, I was somehow allowed to purchase a Big Deal through this company even though they didn't service my area. The person I spoke to (I assume it was the owner) was professional about it and said since I had already purchased it he would honor it even though they didn't normally service my area (Leander, bordering Cedar Park). 
My house was built in 2006 so it's not very old. I'm sure the grout has never been cleaned though. They came out and cleaned it and when I got home I literally didn't think they had cleaned anything (my wife was home and saw them clean it though). I called them back, told them I wasn't happy and they said they would come back out for no charge. Again, very professional and much appreciated.
They came back out and this time they used an additional brush to hand scrub the grout after the machine. My wife confirmed that they didn't do this the first time. I spoke to the second cleaner and we found a spot before he started that was tucked away in a corner and obviously clean due to it never really being walked on and he agreed that all of the grout should look like that spot when he was done. After the cleaning the grout is wet and therefore you can't really tell how clean it is. Unfortunately, after it dried it still was not as clean as the clean spot in the corner. However, there was a noticeable improvement between the first and second cleaning."
