They were impeccable with their word, expectations, and effort to understand what my goals and needs were. Construction and big projects are not my forté, so to be able to work so fluidly with them helped allay any concerns to finish on time. This was despite setbacks which required a plumbing contractor to delay our efforts. "This is the second time I've hired Swartz and with my first experience, they did a fantastic job. They were responsive, professional, respectful, and curtious. The attention to detail was remarkable. <br /> The most significant aspect of the job was the painting. We had 4 bedrooms, a hallway, 7 interior doors, 4 closet doors, a stairway and an entryway repainted. Swartz spent a good two weeks sanding, pathching nail holes, patching staple marks (the stairs had been previously carpeted and were riddled with staple holes), and prepping the walls. The prep work is always the most difficult part of painting and Swartz didn't cut any corners. I've hired other painters in the past and not one spent as much time prepping/fixing then Swartz.  The finished product is fantastic! The walls, the doors, the trim, the STAIRS look amazing. <br /> In the 3 plus weeks, they were in our home; they were always on time, cleaned up their supplies every day, vaccuumed their mess and were very polite. <br />"

"I called Brian for a quote to have my basement and stairs carpeted. He came out with samples and measured the area. We picked the carpet that we wanted and he was able to give us the total cost. Brian was able to work with us because we were having our basement finished and needed a couple of weeks before the carpet was installed. On the day of install everything went great! They did an amazing job with the stairs and you can't see any seams. Everything was cleaned up and they vacuumed all the carpet. We also have porcelain tile that he did a great job putting the carpet next to. When we are ready to have our main floor done I will be calling Brian! <br />"

"Reiss was amazing! His attention to detail is second to none. You'll know Reiss is different from the other contractors by the questions he asks you before the job even starts. When telling Reiss exactly what you want, he does attempt to talk you out of it or tell you "I can't do that" but instead asks probing questions to narrow in on your exact vision and then proceeds to make that vision happen. The finish carpentry world needs more guys like Reiss! Thank you, will definitely be using Reiss again."
