"Sentri Homes provided the most professional flooring service I’ve ever had. The LVP installation turned out absolutely beautiful, and I was amazed at how quickly everything was completed without sacrificing quality. The crew was fast, accurate, and extremely detail-oriented from start to finish. Everything was installed cleanly, precisely, and with real craftsmanship. The entire process was smooth, efficient, and far beyond what I expected. I would absolutely recommend Sentri Homes to anyone needing flooring installed."

"This company provides the level of Customer Service that is seldom found in the world today. When you find a company with the Customer Service level I received by Amy, that is the company you will definitely do repeat business. The quality of Cabinets is great, but when you have the Customer Service support, like Amy, that’s a BONUS. I highly recommend Cabinets for everyones’s cabinet needs."

"We recently hired Dan and his team to build a new deck attached to our house. The experience from start to finish was great! Dan took time to explain the job and what they would do. He even fielded questions and checked in while on vacation! The team did a fantastic job with the work and were very friendly and professional with me and my family. They completed the job in a short amount of time, despite challenges with the weather. After each day, they were sure to clean up after themselves and leave the property looking neat, with as little disruptions as possible. Overall a great experience with DBC and would highly recommend them!"

"Ben at Red Barn has built a really super business. I am impressed with how the finish installation rather than being just average and meeting the minimum expectations, Ben saw to it that the job was more than we knew to expect. They know the latest hardware, the finish is excellent. The pullouts they made are really nice to use.
I am really happy to support this local business that has a big commitment to service and integrity.
"

"Our experience with this company was great! We bought butcher block countertop sections from IKEA with hopes of installing them ourselves. After realizing that our older home had some pretty crooked walls, we knew measuring and installing them would be over our heads.
F&F is right up the street from us so gave them a call. They sent someone out to measure and retrieve the wood the next day, and were finished and back to install 4 days later. The work was exceptional and the finished product was exactly what I wanted!

"

"We were looking for an auto transporter to transfer an older (not classic) car from Virginia to Nevada. We did our due diligence and researched the potential companies that could complete the task in the most efficient and cost effective manner. Three providers were interviewed and quotes were obtained and, interestingly, we found that there was considerable differences in the information that was given and the commitments that were made. We delayed contacting Auto Transporters Online for over a week, cutting into "our timeline" significantly as the expense for the transport had three tiers of cost options, even though the lowest tier was comparable to the competitors. From the reviews read, Auto Transporters Online was a smaller company and there were less reviews posted on Angie's List and BBB. As it turned out, we should have gone with the initial "gut instinct" from the beginning and chosen Auto Transporters Online and saved ourselves from the resulting stress. This may be a small company in comparison to others, but this company offers a personalized touch and pride in a job well done, offering a true customer service model.
Our situation was apparently somewhat unique in that we wanted to ship the car from Virginia and have it arrive in Nevada at the same time (or a day or two later) that we arrived in Nevada (driving a second car). We were relocating and did not have a designated person to ship the car from Virginia or receive the car in Nevada other than ourselves so the timeline of travel was our limiting factor. The week of research (and frustration) had us at wit's end and ready to call it quits and look for an alternative method of getting both cars to Nevada.
Dave Miller was contacted by phone on the evening of May 11th and reacquainted him with our situation and the quote that he had provided over a week before and options available were discussed in detail. Dave was understanding of the situation and told us what he could and could not accomplish. He was personable, courteous and professional. We made the commitment and forwarded the paperwork to him that evening. By the time, we awoke and checked email the next morning, Dave had a potential driver that could pick the car up on the 12th (that day) and deliver it to Nevada within the time period desired with a 2 day flexible window. This was perfect!
The car was prepared and picked up on the 12th of May from Virginia and delivered the 20th in Northern Nevada. There were no issues upon delivery. Contact with the driver and Dave Miller occurred throughout the 9 day period, either by phone or by email.
We are very happy with the service provided by Auto Transporters Online and would not hesitate to contact them again. Dave Miller is trustworthy, personable, committed and professional. He provided exemplary customer service at a time when customer service is a misunderstood concept and delivered by very few. Thank you, Dave Miller, for your time, your expertise, your guidance and your service to this business.
"

"We met with Mike Mayer (owner) in November, 2013. We agreed on the scope of work and price. He indicated that mid-December would be the earliest he could start.
Before he started, he arranged for us to meet at his place of business to select the countertop material. Once we had selected what we wanted, he arranged a second visit to show samples of stained maple that he thought would complement the colors in the countertops and to select door and drawer hardware. He purchased the wood veneer and doors from a supplier.
He got clear of other projects and, with our agreement (due to the proximity of Christmas and the fact of having the kitchen torn up), started work 12/23/13.
He carefully sealed the doorways to the kitchen with plastic sheeting. It was noisy, but that was to be expected. Due to the condition of the surface of some cabinet areas, he had to use a smelly chemical to smooth it out. He kept the smell down as much as possible by opening the window (it was cold!) and keeping the exhaust fan on. This took place over 2 days. All very reasonable things to do. At the end of each day he and his helper cleaned up the mess they made and took all of the debris with them to be disposed. When he found a drip in the finish on two of the doors, he took them back to his shop and removed the drips (can't tell there was ever an issue now.)
There was a roughly 2 week delay caused by my tile supplier not being able to obtain the tile from his distributor when he said he would (it appears to me that the tile distributor had drawn their stock down for for end-of-year accounting purposes.) Mike was very understanding of this and was quite professional. He went on to his next job awaiting notification from me as to when the tile would come in. After I called, he came the next day to start the work after he finished some work he was doing elsewhere. As it turned out, my tile supplier and I miscommunicated about how much of one tile needed and he ordered less than I really needed. This was not apparent until Mike had gotten most of the way thru installing the tile. He put in what he could, and promised to return once I had gotten additional tile from my supplier. Happily, my supplier was able to obtain the needed tile the next day and Mike was back in to install it that afternoon. He and his assistant finished grouting the tile the next day.
General assessment. Very professional performance by Mike. He was able to accommodate himself to the issues created by the lateness of my tile - twice! He did this without complaint or any issue. Kudos! The actual time it took to do the work appeared to be very reasonable based on my personal experience doing similar work. I would unhesitatingly do business with Old World Refinishers again.
Quality of work. 1) The carpentry was first rate. I am personally experienced at woodworking and have a grasp of the difficulties involved. I would not give this comment easily. My wife was fully satisfied. All issues we identified were quickly addressed and resolved. The wood work is beautiful. 2) The tile work was OK, but not stellar. I also have experience with tile and appreciate the work needed to perform a top quality job. On reflection, if I had to do this over, I would have had the tile work done by someone who only does tile work altho it almost certainly would have cost significantly more to do so. My wife and I are very picky, others may be less so and be perfectly satisfied with the work that was done. We made a trade-off here.
Responsiveness. Mike was very responsive. Customer first, seemed to be his unspoken motto. See my comments about the tile delay above. We communicated often by text message. Mike is clearly excellent here.
Punctuality. Mike came when he said he would or called ahead to notify me of any changes. Well done. I was very pleased with this behavior. Couldn't have been better.
Professionalism. See my comment under General Assessment. Great guy."
