"Jared showed up and wasted no time in doing two things at once (draining the hot water heater and repairing a small fireplace gas leak). He educated me a little on what he was doing which is always helpful. He was also careful to keep his booties on, so as not to ruin the shiny wood floors. Highly recommend based on this experience."

"Leaky under sink supply lines. It went fine."

Been in the remodeling / handyman business for over 25years. I do it all and know a lot. Experience learned from actuality doing the work.

"Rahmein, the technician, was friendly, courteous, very knowledgeable, and extremely competent. He taught me as he worked, snaking out the line, running the camera, and showing me the problem areas. The service was incredibly inexpensive and was a godsend because other places I called told me they couldn't come until the following week; Express came the following morning! The process was transparent--no surprises and pressure to replace this and that. Honest assessment and clear explanations. What more could you want? Call Express! Thank you, Rahmein!"

"Great job, great price, quick response and Kermit was as down home and nice as could be. If I ever have any plumbing issues I will call them for help and wouldn't hesitate to refer them...in fact, I already have."

"J Drains repaired the faucet"

"I had a new system installed by them in 2011. Since then they have done semi annual checkups. They have been great the whole way. The techs have always done a great job. They are always on time, dressed nicely, and if they do see something that is slightly off they fix it. I have called them with questions and they always friendly to answer them, I highly recommend them."

"FANTASTIC: Jimmie arrived on time . He quickly identified the slow-drain issues with both the sink and bathtub. He explained the toilet slow-flush was because of the small watertank. Jimmie also let me know my home my home lacked the county and home access points to the sewer lines that all my neighbors have. I highly recommend Jimmie for his honesty, integrity, workmanship,, and professionalism.."
