"There was a large selection of flooring in the store, and I was invited to take several samples home to see how they would look in my rooms. Dave Nemeth came out and measured and gave me an estimate for installation including taking up and replacing toilets, moving washer and dryer, removing most of the existing carpeting, and stretching the remaining carpet in two rooms. He said installation would take about four days. Two installers worked on my project for four days, and they cleaned up at the end of each day. Another worker came out and stretched the carpet the following day. During the process I contacted Minette in the office with some questions, and she was very helpful. I have been very pleased with the Nemeth company and its employees."

I bought a condo with two 25-year old bathrooms, and wanted to replace the tubs, showers, fixtures, cabinets, toilets and floor tiles and repaint each one. I consulted with Tony about what could be done and both turned out great! Tony and OM Construction's tradesmen were professional, efficient, clean and responsive to minor changes or things that I wanted to do that wouldn't work because of the particular building (i.e. slab floor that prevented a walk-in shower because of existing plumbing that could not be re-configured or changed without significant work or cost). "Alex did an excellent job.  I have done quite a bit of painting myself so I appreciate a neat, careful job.  Foothill was also very responsive - estimating and setting up the job very quickly.  They also were willing to juggle their schedule to do our job right away so that we were not unduly inconvenienced by the disruption of being out of our bedroom.  This is the fourth (or maybe fifth) time we have used Foothill, both for exterior and interior painting, and been very satisfied each time.

"We waited to review our project 1 year after completion to be sure that all was well. We are very pleased with the final result. Our only mishap was having miscommunications with B&B when we requested follow up 4 months after project completion – our issues were resolved with a factory representative. No hard feelings. How It Went- Workers were professional and competent. Building on an existing slab is extremely challenging – because the slab slopes away and down from the house – 2 angles that need to be countered when leveling windows and doors etc. When corrective rework was needed (to compensate for a 2 inch site deviation) the team didn’t hesitate and B&B came up with an excellent solution. We retained the exterior stucco exterior of our house for the room and they finished the wall beautifully – it required a lot of fine and patient work. We asked for an 18 inch deep exterior pad – which accommodates a doormat and our foot print. It was done this way – although there was initial push back on this request. We also involved our own electrician, who is familiar with this old house – and we came up with an elegant solution to connect to our home. After project closure, we delayed evaluation until things settled out. Over the next few months, some of the sliding windows became increasingly difficult to open and close – and during an extremely fierce and long rainstorm we experienced a leak coming from one corner of the enclosure. We immediately spoke with B&B. With miscommunications with B&B, we resolved our issues with a factory representative in a single short visit: they added weep holes to the exterior, caulked, replaced a window roller and adjusted windows and the screen doors. We are very pleased with the final result. And so are our kitties."
