"Shawn and his team at All Raingutter Systems, Inc. are one of those companies that seem to be so difficult to find in these times. Shawn personally came out twice to assess my gutter replacement and tile roof repair needs. Of the four bidders that responded to my quote request, he was the only one who was willing to do the roof repair element. He was extremely thorough with his project scoping, explained why he recommended each element of the scope and prepared gutter samples to help me match my facia paint color. The work required three days. His crew showed up on time each day and worked efficiently and were very conscientious about their craftsmanship and end-of-day housekeeping. The attention to detail was refreshing to experience. I had only one minor concern about the attachment of one of the gutter downspouts that I noticed at the end of the second day. Before I had a chance to mention it the next morning, one of the crew was already on a ladder addressing the issue."

Minimum charge of $500 was not worth the small repair for his company. He preferred bidding on the entire roof replacement instead. Will consider Straight Line Roofing when it comes time to replace the entire roof, maybe this summer or late fall, when enough money can be saved to finance this major project."
