"It's difficult to trust contractors these days. We had a bad experience in the past with another contractor and we were very hesitant to use one again. However, we decided to give Tech Line Construction a chance because our friend recommended them. We are so glad that we did! They painted the exterior of our house and handled a bigger project for our property. I admire how Luis always kept us in the loop and he was always available to answer our questions. We'll pass the word to our friends and family about this company. They're the real deal!"

"Ohad and his crew completed both a major bathroom remodel and replaced an old balcony in our home much faster than I thought would be possible. Ohad made some extremely helpful suggestions about how to rethink our initial plans and the resulting layout is wonderful. The results were beautiful, and they were extremely responsive to any concerns, questions, or requests. When there were small issues, they went above and beyond in an effort to make things right."

"Kudos for R & M Construction! Ron and Rob Magin are my heroes. Along with their employee, Jeff, they completely transformed my parents’ home. It was built well over seventy years ago. After numerous sets of people lived there over the years, the house was left sadly neglected and no longer livable. Major repairs and renovation were sorely needed. Another company we contacted appeared intimidated by the scope of the work and backed out. Not so for Ron and Rob! At each step, from demolition to the final inspection, they cheerfully took on the project, and they were upbeat about the possibilities all the way through There were plenty of surprises along the way. Each time, they called me in, showed me the problem and explained what was needed. Both brothers are knowledgeable, conscientious, and personable. Their advice was invaluable and reliable, reflecting years of experience in every aspect of construction. They used initiative to install what they knew would be attractive and workable for the home. This house went from nearly uninhabitable to a place of style and beauty. These guys did everything they could do to keep the job moving without increasing the cost exponentially. I truly appreciate all their attention to detail and their professionalism. I always felt they were in MY corner, not just out to make a buck, but to turn the place into something great. In the end, even they were pleased with the results, and we certainly couldn’t be more proud of their work. I hope I can always use their expertise for any future job I encounter! Five stars all the way! D."

"Excellent service! Very professional and extremely knowledgeable. I had a variety of projects and Mark's skill set was up to par for all of my needs -tile, electrical, plumbing, sheetrock repairs were done and exceeded my expectations. I have many rentals and Christiansen Construction by far is the best. Reasonable pricing and thorough."

"My project was a major renovation of a 1985 Victorian home that suffered a devastating fire. Erik and his team did a beautiful job following my architect’s plans, and was also proactive about calling out necessary changes. He was very patient with all of my changes and very specific requests, and was a very calming influence when unexpected surprises inevitably arose during construction. The final results are beautiful, and an historic house has been saved. I look forward to working with Erik again in the future!"
