"The proprieter, Mr. Hernandez, helped me select a new tankless water heater to replace my old one. He was generally easy to communicate with and did what he said he was going to do. Although this was a replacement water heater, the plumbing had to be replaced to fit the new unit. A few hours after he installed the new water heater, I noticed a minor problem, texted Mr. Hrnandez, and he was at my house an hour later, at 9:00 pm, to fix it. I have had many craftsmen work on my house over the years. It's usually pretty frustrating and aggravating.
