"I love sitting outside on my patio, but in the summertime it gets very hot. I was constantly moving my chair in order to get in the shade. I wanted some sort of covering to make my patio more enjoyable. I researched my options and decided on a retractable awning. Randy was my sales rep. He was very helpful in explaining my options. Ordered awning in July, 2021. Long delay in getting it installed. Had to get approval with my HOA, then awning had to be ordered, then winter came.... Anyway, awning was installed in March, 2022. Gary and Mitch were the installers. Installation went very smoothly. Awning looks great. The only 'con' was the cost. It was very, very expensive. More than I intended to spend. There are other awnings out there, the ones you see advertised on TV. I am certain that I got a top notch product. I believe you get what you pay for. And I will now be able to comfortably use my patio."

When Doug came out to provide a quote he was upfront with some of the issues that we had created trying to do the project ourselves. </p> <p>We started by painting the walls first instead of the ceiling. I know now that you are suppose to paint the ceiling first. </p> <p>We did not purchase enough paint. "Contacted Momper and they were quick to come out and do estimate. They were scheduled out a few weeks, but when the time came, they were there and on time. Completed whole job (1-story) in one day. Realizing the second floor walls were insulated, they proactively adjusted the bill on their own. <br />"
