There were also a few supply-chain issues but were handled fairly and the outcome was wonderful. Three hours of high-pressure sales tactics in my own home, even after I repeatedly stated I needed to discuss it with my husband. After the installation the field manager acknowledging the wave and gaps in the wall, he told me that while it didn't meet my expectations, it met their "standard of error." Let that sink in: Mad City Bath?s official policy is that crooked and wavy is good enough. If you value your money, or want a shower that is actually square and plumb, stay far away from this company. They perform subpar work, hide behind automated phone lines when things go wrong, and will abandon you the moment they have your money. Hire a reputable contractor instead."

They did an excellent job! Parks and Aubrey was great to work with and always had good ideas when we needed them. Rodney's crew did the custom framing and always accommodated any changes that came along. They're good people to work with. You can't go wrong using AIS on your next project."
