"They came out and noticed that there was a low charge on the heat pump and noticed that there was some corrosion on some of the pipes so they figured there may be a leak in the system. As a result I will be getting a new unit altogether that is covered by the home warranty that Choice has provided. The only out of pocket cost that I need to pay for is any modifications and fabrication that needs to happen to integrate the new system. So in total I am paying $550 for a $5000 system."

"I just pay $75 you never know who's going to come out. They do everything electrical. Just about everything is covered except the septic tank. I had an air conditioner replaced. It went great, all I had to do was pay for the freon. He didn't charge e more than what was needed."

"Tom Newman and his crew did an excellent job! They worked tirelessly to complete the demo on time. Their work was professional, as was the clean-up. I'm so pleased with the crew's skills that I'm recommending North Star to my contractor for additional demo and framing projects."

"I called at 8pm on Friday he was here 7:30am Saturday morning. We moved in and found out our well was no good and that we needed a new septic system. Plus some work inside that we knew about. We called a few places just to get prices because a lot of companies try to take advantage of people our age and when I tell you he showed up gave a price a lot less than what the other companies gave and told us what needed to be done not what he wanted to do unlike the other places. I would highly recommend him and his crew I already have a few of my neighbors loved the guys and came and asked for there number good luck Christopher with your company and thank you from the bottom of my heart"

"The design and installation of our new septic system was managed in a professional and knowledgeable manner. There was constant and helpful communication at all stages of the project particularly when town roadblocks to completion dates were unfairly and in some cases completely wrong. Jim and his crew worked hard to keep our project on track and schedule. Jim's knowlege of septic engineering and regulations were on display through every bump in the road and helpful to our getting to completion . We would recommend his services to anyone looking for a professional project management team."
