I appreciated how thorough and transparent they were in regards to pricing and timeline of the whole project. Not the cheapest of the contractors I got quotes from but their labor and materials came with warranty and 1 day installation was worth the cost. "We are absolutely in love with our new shower. We hired West Shore Homes to remove our existing tub/shower combo and replace it with a new shower. The installers Jordan and Tim were very customer oriented and technically skilled. They arrived per the schedule and completed the installation in a very reasonable amount of time. All while being courteous enough to answer all of our questions. The installation was very high quality, and included replacement of the existing drywall behind the shower with plywood sheets. This provided a rock solid backing for the acrylic material that we selected. Additionally, all of the components used were of stellar quality. "Brought these guys in when the job was half finished by a relative who had been at it for 3 1/2 months.  The estimate was that it would take four days - it did.  They came when they said they would and cleaned up after themselves each day.  They pointed out imperfections in the wall that would need to be fixed before they could do the job properly.  Other tilers had missed this detail.  All that is left is for the glass enclosurre to be installed and they recommended the right people for that as well.  They are great to work with, exhibit integrity and character, and the results will not disappoint you.  What's not to love!

"We had Waterstone Kitchen and Bath actually do two different jobs for us because we were so happy with the work that was performed. The first was a complete remodel of our kitchen. We interviewed 5 different contractors and selected Jeff because of his close attention to detail, his eye for design, and because he was very cost competitive. Folks talk about horror stories when it comes to their remodels, but the work that was done was within 3-days of his estimated duration. He left the state of our house in even cleaner condition than when he started and he was very respectful of the fact that we had young children in the house and made sure everything was clean at the end of every day.We asked him to come back this past summer to re-do our bathroom, which he again did on-time, under budget and with impeccable results.

"We was getting estimates for our bath room remodeling. Harlan came to give us free estimate and introduced us new shower wall system. This wall system prevents shower wall inside from getting molds and bacteria. It also has a variety of panel design choices . Harlan presented to us with four different options based on our preferences and budget. We were able to pick one easily and are very excited to get it started."

"DMV did massive amount of work inside my house in March-May this year, including pulling up carpet in two rooms, recarpeting bedroom, and laying Brazilian cherry parquet floor in the living room (including installing subfloor), which they also (at my request) treated with oil (several applications) instead of stain and polyurethane. They installed new mouldings in the living room. They also repainted all rooms except bathrooms, wallpapered kitchen, dining room, living room accent wall, replaced backsplash tiles in kitchen, built an oak proscenium arch around and installed drapery rod inside opening between living room and dining room, and replaced bland balustrade room divider by installing antique oak communion rail I imported from the Netherlands, and installed oak wainscot panelling in the dining room. They also replaced front door deadbolt, doorknobs on bedroom door, installed new deadbolt on door from laundry room to garage, removed sliding door and replaced with French door in kitchen, repainted deck, front door, and front window shutters, replaced sidelights with security glass, replaced closet doors in bedroom with mirrored glass sliding doors. They replaced several light fixtures as well, and all three toilets, and mounted several curtain rods. And installed overflow on my water heater. All work was done beautifully, much of it by one extremely talented gentleman (Orlando) who was an absolute joy to have 'underfoot' (I had to move in and live in the house for a few weeks before all work was done). And they cleaned up everything when they were done! Huzzah! Best of all, the prices for all the work were extremely fair, especially for the fine quality. I spent more on mediocre work to get my mother's house presentable for sale than I did having my own new house converted into the house of my dreams! I cannot recommend them too highly! Javier, Orlando, et al., are the ideal partners for home 'transformation'. Wish I could post photos of their magnificent work."

"The project manager of the remodel, Jason, was always in contact with me about when workers would be at the house and to see how everything was going. He also stopped by the house to check on the work. Ismar, the head employee of the job, was very good. He put down tarps to cover the floors and put plastic about the furniture and cabinet in bathroom. He also put up plastic between the bathroom and the bedroom to minimize the dust. The workers were very professional. The tile work in the shower was great. They also had to hang some drywall to fix a closet and paint it. It looks like that was always how the closet was. The shower come out beautiful. I would highly recommend the company and would differently use them again."
