They were great to work with. On-time, very polite, friendly, and they kept things very clean at all times. They had great suggestions during the job and were very responsive to all of our requests. "I want to start out by saying, I highly recommend Cesar for any flooring needs you may have. As long as he's in business, I will never use anyone else for my flooring needs. Cesar is simply amazing. He cares about his customers and the product he installs in their home. He's very professional and prompt. The guys working for him were very professional as well. Very careful, mindful and respectful of my home. They demoed the old 1988 tile and installed some beautiful granite time of which I absolutely love. I met with Cesar at his company and picked out the tile and grout that I wanted. He was so kind and patient with me. He ordered the tile and his guys showed up to remove the old tile and install the new tile just when he said they would. They took care of everything in a couple of days. It's absolutely gorgeous. He is such a perfectionist (almost as bad as me), you can tell that he takes pride in his work and I would recommend him to anyone who is looking to have an install done. He communicates well with deadline updates. He is very friendly, informative, and works diligently until he completes the job. Zach was very helpful with my decision process. Who knew how difficult it would be to choose grout and schulter color??? Zach had a great vision for our kitchen after seeing the mosaic tile we picked out & assisted us throughout the entire process. Our kitchen looks amazing & we're very pleased with the outcome! "The cleaners were courteous and friendly. They were prompt and did a thorough job with cleaning the designated areas. However, they only used a narrow protective runner (with leaves stuck on it) over our large entryway area rug which was not being cleaned, and the hose didn’t always stay on the runner. The cleaners acknowledged having a leak in their hose as they wiped up small puddles of water. They noted that puddles were left at the home they just came from, so they were aware of the problem. Thankfully the puddles were on the area that is luxury vinyl flooring (looks like wood) and could easily be wiped up, but left smear marks. A small amount of dirt was also tracked in, which the cleaner graciously wiped up when requested. Must have been on the hose since the cleaners wore shoe covers? The carpets are cleaned, but now the large vinyl area is dirtier. Expected better from ZeroRez which we have used twice before in our previous much larger house with stairs. Our current home is one level and smaller area, but cost the same."

They protected our carpets while tromping through the house. They clean up after themselves. - Veteran owned, small business - the people who own the business do the work. Not a general contractor. You're not paying for someone else to bring in subcontractors. - You have to think ahead and schedule jobs further out than tomorrow! They are SOOO worth the wait. You're hiring real people who have a real stake in their own work and they're in demand."

"The experience was excellent, I was more than pleased and I will use this company for any of my future contractor needs. The most important part of the experience was the consideration and respect provided while in my home, that is lacking in a lot of contractors. There is a certain amount of anxiety I experience with having strangers in my home, and that did not occur. Bryant was very honest and considerate in explaining the services that would be provided. I really felt it was a sales pitch and remained cautious. As the job progressed he came to the job site several times and at the end I realized he was being very truthful in his initial sales visit. He answered any questions however I had very few because the professionals who came to do the work were more than able to answer any questions. The 2 gentlemen that did the work were terrific!! They were so considerate and worked very hard. It was hard to believe that the contractors came, worked from 8:30-6:30 and only took 30 minute lunch, and showed up every day. The job took 3 days and I absolutely love the results. I did not know that they did work outside of flooring and kitchen/bath remodeling. I was looking up electricians to put in some recessed lighting after the first of the year. Bryant said they do all contract work so I will be using them for all my future contracting needs. It is like finding a good mechanic!! I have finally found a good contractor and have already been referring this company to my friends."
