He replaced all the visible parts of our staircase, including the stringers, treads, risers, railings, balusters, and newel post. Since our house is 70 years old, nothing is easy. Paul worked diligently to cut everything to size and took extra care to patch our difficult plaster walls. Since I like doing some of the work myself, I personally appreciated that Paul was flexible and let me paint and finish the stairs as a way to get involved and save some money. Paul completed the job on time and was very responsive, particularly over text message. I could not be happier with Paul's work, especially considering the level of precision and expertise this job required. He was so easy and low-maintenance to work with and delivered a great outcome.
