They mostly did a good job, but had forgotten to bring some standard "molly" wall anchors; luckily I had extras. Mr Paul Lynch "made things right" by removing any old unused wires and kept all of the relevant wires, which he neatly laid out and secured with commercial strength zip ties. He also corrected a problem with the "coaxial wire ground" and reinstalled it properly... all of this at no extra cost. Now I am enjoying FREE OVER THE AIR BROADCASTING (20 HD channels & 35 SD channels), because of my professionally installed HDTV Roof Antenna.
