"Great! Brandon arrived on time; reviewed the problem and confirmed I needed a new garage door opener; didn't try to sell me the most expensive system, but I had reviewed the options and decided that's the one I needed and wanted; the old opener was 15 years old and not working, but the new opener works great; Brandon worked quickly and effectively as if he could install in his sleep; we chatted up a dozen different topics from movies to sports to history to growing vegetables while he worked. He set the system tension, the key pad, and explained how everything worked. Gave me owner's manual, explained the warranties, and gave me a price for replacing rollers, pulleys and coils when the time comes but told me how to best care for them to get the most life out of them."

"Opener was smoking last week, and smart garage doors just replaced it for a great price, highly recommended"

"I would highly recommend Precision garage door service (Long Island) to anyone who needs their garage door serviced or needs a new system. They came within 3 hours of my call and Israel, the technician who actually did the work, was knowledgeable, friendly, and provided me three options based on what he saw. Even though it was 20 degrees, Israel completed the job (added a new system) in about 2 hours. He took the time to confirm everything worked, helped me reprogram the system, including my wife's car, and walked me through the smartphone app. VERY PLEASED."

"Durable door replaced the top hinges on our garage door. All seemed to work fine but after 6 weeks the hinges popped off the track again. They came back right away and replaced the hinges with heavy duty ones. The garage door is working fine. There was no extra charge the second trip. Well done."

"Called Alamo Garage Doors in the morning when our door wouldn't open, and they had a technician out the same afternoon. The problem was a worn motor coupling that was quickly replaced."
