"Contractor provided excellent consultation on the type of upgrades and improvements we wanted to make during our project. Jeff was excellent at suggesting improvements to our bathroom shower, entrance and new vanity and cabinets. He offered excellent contractors that we used for new granite countertops for kitchen and bath areas. He also met us at Floor and Decor store and assisted our selection of new bathroom tile and flooring that was used to replace our ugly old carpet in our living room, dining room and hallway areas. Contractor coordinated scheduling of tile, cabinet, plumbing and countertop installations with all sub contractors selected for our project. We are extremely happy with the results of their work!"

"We had Mr. Ruiz from Blue Bay Construction Group stop by for an Estimate and after the Estimate install an Under Cabinet Range Hood and a LED Light Fixture above the Kitchen Sink. He was very knowledgeable about the above work, he also had all the needed tools and additional materials needed for installation of the above. He did not try to up sale the above work. We will use them again for other projects we will be doing."

"Major work accomplishment included: concrete removal to expose under-floor plumbing; concrete pouring; installation of new plumbing and electrical circuits; installation of new bathroom fixtures; construction of new walls; a new door; and interior stucco application. The work was done under permit. All seven (7) required city inspections passed without an issue, indicating that the craftsmen, who worked on the project, were knowledgeable of applicable building codes. The project turned out very well, and it has provided a significant enhancement to my home. A miscommunication issue with the painting subcontractor was resolved quickly by the project manager. The project cost was on the higher end of the scale (based on other bids), hence the grade of “B” for pricing. I would hire AAA Services of Central Florida Inc again. I trust them. They do good work and stand behind what they do. I recommend them without reservation."

"Everyone has heard about "bucket" lists! One of my items in mine said, complete a Kitchen remodel before I retired. Well, it happened two years away from my retirement and very happy with the results. The time spent at the design stage with Kiersten Petty for the much-needed Q & A during the process of developing a design with our hopes and keeping practicality at bay, was well worth it. Kiersten listened patiently to our likes and wishes and incorporated them into the much-needed kitchen remodel, putting the design on paper / computer and ultimately into a contract. Sure, there were a few hick-ups during the build. She showed she cared about delivering our hopes and dreams by coming to the house with her thinking cap on her head any time she was needed. She would handle all field issues with professionalism and took into consideration our concerns and the finish product we were looking for in our new kitchen. She would always have an idea along with an altenative(s) that would also work. So, you were never pressured with a decision that you may not like at a later date. She always wanted you to be a part of the decision making. I would like to add a thank you to one of their finish carpenters, Tony. I have never seen anyone so detailed oriented other than my deceased father. The family room is adjacent to the kitchen area and what a remodeled pair they make.
