"I found myself in a "well we might as well do it" situation. After a major plumbing issue and subsequent re-pipe of the entire house, we decided to just remodel the whole Kitchen and a Bath room. In addition we also re-floored the entire house and had the entire house painted inside and out. Lots of work but Lou and his subs were excellent! Being that we stayed in the house throughout, Lou was very sensitive to our needs as well as getting his crews in and out. Lou's just a great guy to work with and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him, his company and all the subs he works with for any of your remodel / building needs!!"

"The first step, which actually took place during the proposal phase, was to define exactly what materials/devices were available and which would best serve my purposes. the owner, Scott Walker was very knowledgeable/helpful here. There were several people in the installation crew and completed the job in just a couple of days. The front garage door was subbed and installed with no major problems. The overall job was as neat and unobtrusive as I had hoped-thanks to the NX305 fasteners for the shutters Mr. Walker suggested (see included photo)."

"The experience went really well.  Yes, there were some problems, but you have to understand that any major remodel or construction project will have issues.  But this company's excellent on site project manager worked with us to our complete satisfaction to remedy any of  these situations. And it's not like any of these situations were of a major surprise, but those that come with normal construction. "We had been waiting a number of years to start several projects for our backyard and finding the right contractor to help us turn them into reality was very important. Neill Saxton with Saxton Construction thankfully turned out to be that contractor. We wanted to build a new two car garage, move the overhead lines in our yard to be buried, and upgrade the electrical service coming into the house and the new garage. Through the entire process Neill was there to help provide insight on what was possible and to listen to and adjust plans to address our concerns and questions. Each step of the way we dealt with professional, highly skilled workers, who did things right the first time. They also worked with an efficiency and speediness that made us feel that having the project done on time was as important to them as it was to us. Although there were some needed adjustments to the overall plan as we moved along (needing to upgrade the sewer line for example), Neill had the needed solution every time, and he was honest and upfront about the changes and options so we could evaluate the choices before proceeding.
