"A1 Window and Doors replaced 30 plus windows in our 3 level home with Softlite impact resistant windows. From sales to installation the process went smoothly. The original order processed quicker than estimates given at the initial deposit time by about a month. I was very interested in making sure the windows were properly installed to mitigate air leakage around the window frame. The technique used was shown to me as they installed the windows and looks as though it will maintain an air tight seal. The install team was professional and respectful as the job took 3 days to complete most of which was inside work due the height of most windows, only 2 were at ground level. The job site was clean and well maintained as they proceeded from window to window with minimal touch up work necessary. We had one hiccup with a custom sunburst window as it was shipped without the sunburst grid. It need to be re-orded from the factory and I can not fault A1 since it was ordered correctly but appeared to be a mistake at the factory. I highly recommend A1 Windows and Doors for replacement windows."

"This was a full garage door replacement with opener. Avi was great to work with. He helped me select the right door for my house and worked with me in pricing. The door was in stock and they were ready to install way before we were. The tech Deveon was assigned to an emergency call so he was late for my install but I understand emergency happen and it's nice to know they are prompt to respond to emergency situations. As he was installing it was discovered the warehouse loaded him up with an extra row of windows, shorted him a solid panel and gave him the wrong opener. Oops. He installed both window panels just to sucure my garage for the night and didn't install the opener. He was to return the next morning to swap out the extra window panel with a solid, install the correct opener and install trim. He had again been assigned to another emergency service to help another tech so again he was forced to be late. In the end the install was completed, I love the final results, Deveon was polite, knowledgeable and awesome to work with. Very happy and would recommend."
