"I have never had such a good experience with a contractor as I did with Matt Patton and Brock Emmons of Triangle Radiant Barrier! Instead of just giving me what I originally asked for, they provided information and guidance as to the application that would best suit my attic. As it turns out, what I thought I wanted was totally wrong and would've cost more and been a complete waste of money. I followed their expert advice and couldn't be happier with the outcome. I turned my heat off during the installation process and forgot to turn it back on for a couple of days. Once everything was sealed, the temperature in my home never went below 65. The difference in my house is like night and day and I'm so happy I had the work done. Kevin, the installer, was also very professional and really paid attention to detail. His work was followed up with a routine inspection by Brock to make sure that I was satisfied with the job and provide the warranty. From the moment they arrived at my house for our first meeting to discuss my repair needs to their finished project completion they went above and beyond to fix and clean up what a previous company did not do properly. Their employees are hard working and very professional. The work they completed under my house of cleaning mold from under the crawl space was more than stellar, which the previous company that started left me in a mess and never completed. They installed insulation and a beautiful floor barrier. Going above and beyond was installing a dehumidifier under house for one month to ensure absolute drying of floor joist and entire area. they did this as an added precaution for me the customer which shows true customer service and what a 5 star company is all about. "Ecomaster did an excellent job putting in the insulation. They sealed the attic, put in blown in insulation, plus weather striped and sealed stairway . They made an error in what to charge us- the attic space was larger than the house diagram showed. So, they actually charged us less than they should have. But they held to original estimate and didn't charge us more. I appreciated their honesty and integrity in keeping their word and holding to the original contract. There was also a rebate from Duke Energy that we were supposed to receive for putting in the insulation. It took 6 months and a lot of follow up on their side but they kept at it, kept us up to date and we finally received the rebate. I am very grateful for the work they put in after the sale. Our energy bills have dropped dramatically since the insulation was installed."
