"Jesse Jones, owner of Professional Carpet Systems came today to extract an entire bottle of red wine that broke and spilled onto our light beige carpet. If anyone could get our carpet clean again, I knew it would be PCS. Jesse was quick to respond, within minutes of my texting him, assuring me he would do his best to get the stains out. He arrived exactly on time, did a magnificent job getting the large stains out of the carpet and then cleaned the entire carpet in that room. I could not have been more pleased. I have used PCS for many years now and have never been disappointed with the service. Terrific customer service because Jesse Jones genuinely cares about his customers being satisfied with his work. He gave us the quote -- lower than the other two providers we contacted --told us how long the job would take, and tried to answer our many questions (we had a lot). There was a lot of back-and-forth over the color and texture of the new carpet. Greg was patient, and sent us a number of samples. We finally found something we really liked. <br /> We set a date, but had to push it back one day because of rain. The crew arrived on time and completed the job in eight and half hours. They did a skillful job installing our new carpet, which we like very much. <br />"

"From beginning to end it was a wonderful experience. I arrived at Bell's after being frustrated at a big box store where my questions were only answered with little knowledge. I knew I wanted a specific carpet brand after doing a lot of research for the best stain resistant good quality carpet. But I was schooled by Fred on  pile size, whereas the samples from the big box store made me think they were plusher. He was so knowledgable, helpful, patient ( I was back and forth choosing a color). The installer was great, very professional and did a top notch job."

"All of the rugs turned out well. The two smaller rugs look like new. The round rug looks great but they were not able to completely get out the red wine stain I had showed them. They had told me that it would be difficult to get it out fully and they were correct. I would say that approximately 85% of the wine stain is gone and it isn't very noticeable. They also suggested what I should do immediately after a spill occurs in the future. <br />They estimated that it would be 2 plus weeks before the carpets were done and they called approximately two weeks after the drop off. <br /> <br />I was pleased with the result and would use them again. <br />"

"Ray suggested a carpet company that we visited to select the product. The provider showed us many styles and we selected what we wanted; the provider recorded the information and contacted Ray. Then, Ray picked up the carpet and his team delivered and installed the carpet in a few hours. The space was relatively small at 253 square feet. I would highly recommend Ray’s company to my family and friends because he and his staff are extremely professional and courteous with extraordinary customer focus and customer service!"
