"JR Quality Appliance Service gets five stars from us. Not only was our dish washer repaired and back in service, it was done so without an exorbitant bill for parts that were not needed. We were given tips and ideas for using the dishwasher correctly that we were not doing. We highly recommend their company."

"This pro provided useful information via a virtual (online) video consultation. Since this service does not send technicians to the home, they did not do the actual work. I am considering whether to order parts and try to complete the repair myself or under their virtual direction."

"I had a broken supply line that was going into the supply for my sprinkler system. We had to shut the water off to the entire house and I needed this repaired ASAP. I called Jeff and he was here within the hour and made the repair very fast and efficient. He repaired the pipe better then new !!!! The house was up and running in no time. The price was very very reasonable and I will definitely be using Jeff again. He comes with a high recommendation from me !!!"

"Geo did a great job with the washer repair. We will certainly use them again should the need arise. I recommend them highly."

"They were flexible with our time constraints and came prepared to do battle with our non-working dryer. Arrived on time, were cordial and repaired dryer, for a very reasonable fee, in less than two hours. Definitely recommended. Glad I found them on Angie's List!"

"The electrical was already there. They hooked up everything. They took out the old unit and they put in a new unit. It was just a great experience. We were very happy with the product they installed and have had no problems. It went really well. It took them like a day. I had compared prices with other companies. The lower price and high quality that I got from them and excellent customer service made me grade them A overall. I had no complaints whatsoever. They left the service area clean, I didn't even know they were there. What exceeded my expectations was their customer service. Agent Rolando was really available and proactive about communicating, it exceeded my expectations. The company did the job. They were on time. I have no complaints. Their products, the A/C and heater have worked better than even our brand new unit when we bought the house."

"Yes he was very knowledgeable and courteous. Fixed our washer for half the price of other quotes."
