When some of the items we purchased at Lowe's for him to install wouldn't work for our purposes, he was well-prepared with supplies on his truck and didn't open our packages, so that we could return them for a full refund. He checked out our water softener and could have sold us a new one, as we thought it was not working. It turned out to be a valve that was left in the wrong position by the previous service person (not from Aces Drain), and the softener functions perfectly now. For our peace of mind re the functionality of the softener, he referred us to a company that does free water quality testing and we confirmed with them that the softener is working. Very honest of Brian, because we did think we were going to have to buy a new unit.

Not only did he install a new unit, he replaced all the damaged wiring to the different zones and made sure everything worked properly including adjusting the spray nozzles. Chris did such a great job, I plan on getting on their yearly maintenance plan. The pricing was far less than expected. You will not be disappointed hiring these guys."

"Plumber was prompt and arrived when scheduled.  He unclogged my bathroom pool toilet.  He then gave me a price for the installation of a laundry tub.  He came the next day and neatly broke through the garage wall to get to the pipes to be able to install  the laundry tub.  This precise cutting of the sheetrock made it possible for my husband to reinstall it  without any problem.  I would recommend this company and will use them again."

"After having Florida Leak Locators come out and patch our pool over the last few years, we decided to go ahead and take care of the overall problem. This happened to be mostly our skimmer and some areas of grout. They were kind enough to take the amount that we had spent on patches with them and put it towards the overall bill for repair. They were able to get me scheduled within 2 weeks, which considering the items they had to do would take a whole day, that's pretty good scheduling. They sent out Angel who was there promptly on time early in the morning. The work was done in timely fashion and as a added bonus, he found some of the work didn't need to be done and instead of still charging the same, they reduced the bill some amount to compensate. That's the sign of a good company. I recommended them before for any leak detection and now I can recommend them for pool leak repairs. I would use them again, but hope i don't have to :)"

"George Suba was punctual. He showed up every morning between 8 and 8:30. Very neat. At the end of the day, after he cleaned up the worksite, I would never have known there was on going construction outside of that room. He gutted my bathroom, installed tile, new tub and toilet, vinyl plank flooring, moved electric outlet, plumbing, painted, and hung a new mirror, He stayed on my project until completion. The quality of his work was outstanding and fairly priced. The outcome exceeded my expectations. He was also kind enough to help me with finishing touches in my new home by hanging decorative art pieces in lanai and on my courtyard walls and installing a peep hole in front door. I will be rehiring him to remodel my master bathroom next. He is a wonderful gentleman.
