When some of the items we purchased at Lowe's for him to install wouldn't work for our purposes, he was well-prepared with supplies on his truck and didn't open our packages, so that we could return them for a full refund. He checked out our water softener and could have sold us a new one, as we thought it was not working. It turned out to be a valve that was left in the wrong position by the previous service person (not from Aces Drain), and the softener functions perfectly now. For our peace of mind re the functionality of the softener, he referred us to a company that does free water quality testing and we confirmed with them that the softener is working. Not only did he install a new unit, he replaced all the damaged wiring to the different zones and made sure everything worked properly including adjusting the spray nozzles. When I got a call from Kelly and we discovered the distance he would have to travel we agreed this was too far. Instead of just hanging up Kelly proceeded to talk me through how my water heater works, what things can / should I check on my own and precautions to take. Armed with this knowledge I successfully checked and am in the middle of confirming it is the top thermostat. The fix should be less the $20 bucks! "George Suba was punctual. He showed up every morning between 8 and 8:30. Very neat. At the end of the day, after he cleaned up the worksite, I would never have known there was on going construction outside of that room. He gutted my bathroom, installed tile, new tub and toilet, vinyl plank flooring, moved electric outlet, plumbing, painted, and hung a new mirror, He stayed on my project until completion. The quality of his work was outstanding and fairly priced. The outcome exceeded my expectations. He was also kind enough to help me with finishing touches in my new home by hanging decorative art pieces in lanai and on my courtyard walls and installing a peep hole in front door. "Woke up this morning and the toilette would not flush and the shower/tub was backed up. Called two plumbing services but only one could make it before 2pm and I have work at 3. The guys from Pioneer showed up on time and waited 15 minutes for me while I was finishing up my morning errands thinking they would be late like plumbers in the past. Luis R. and his partner did great work and they answered all my questions and knew what they were talking about because I googled everything they said on my cell phone. The cost was a little more than I initially thought it would be but they explained that this was because I did not have a clean out. They even waited while I called back another company to make sure they weren't overcharging me for the work and when I told them the other company would do it for 20 bucks less they price matched! Now my toilet and shower are draining fine after they unclogged the drain through the roof vent and all this was done in under an hour so I could still get ready for work on time. Would definitely recommend these guys for you plumbing issues. We are going to use them again to install a main line clean out.
