"I incorrectly thought an alarm was malfunctioning.  First Detect Security responded immediately and very patiently worked through the situation with me until we found the problem.  What seemed to be an erratic alarm message was, in fact, a voice from a smoke detector warning me of a low battery.  Anytime I've had reason to call First Detect Security, they have responded quickly to solve whatever was afoot.

Nevertheless the equipment is fine, service superior and I would not even consider going with any other security system. "I contacted CSI and spoke to Rob.  We discussed the situation that was driving my request for information on these individuals and he suggested what he thought I needed and quoted me a very fair price.  He also gave me some advice and recommendations on other things i could look into which was very helpful.  I sent him the info he requested (names, approx ages and/or birthdates) and he said he would have something back to me within 24 hours.  That same evening, he emailed me letting me know my initial 3 reports were ready.  The info was comprehensive and everything I was looking for.  There was a question on one of the individuals and before Rob just pulled a report and charged me for the wrong person, he called so we could discuss a little to make sure he had identified the correct person.  I received my final reports quickly and the info was great.  I highly recommend CSI, I think Rob was great to deal with and will not hesitate to use them again in the future if needed!
