Jose visited with me and talked through my options to either repair or replace my downstairs toilet. I decided to replace so Jose went to pick up my new toilet. When he began to install it, he noticed a small crack in it. That was unacceptable for him, so he returned that toilet and came back with another one. Shirley was also very polite and pleasant! Gary was our plumber today and he did a fantastic job for us. He arrived on time and completed his diagnosis of the issue.
