"Our tankless electric water heater stopped working after a little over a year. After having several companies come out, we called Mast Plumbing & Mechanical. Ned, the owner, came out, looked everything over, and took the time to explain what was happening. He recommended switching from a tankless to a traditional tank water heater and explained the pros and cons of electric tankless systems. He even showed us information online about how the approximately 38-degree water coming from our pump house was affecting the system's ability to heat the water fast enough. Ned was less expensive than the other three companies we contacted and made the entire process easy. He was knowledgeable, honest, helpful, and provided excellent customer service. If you want a fair price, great service, and a job done right, we highly recommend Mast Plumbing & Mechanical. We have Ned's number saved and will definitely call him for all our future plumbing needs! 360-761-9515"

"Installed tankless water heater and replaced all copper lines with Pex. Did an amazing job! Expedient, reliable, professional, and courteous. Definitely will hire again if needed!"

"Received the best quote compared to other bids I received...same price as everyone else but I got a full furnace and duct work done...basically a new system along with a tankless water heater for the same price as other company! Snow storm hit and went out of their way to ensure we had workers and appointment was kept! Highly recommended!"

"We called at 8 am and had a technician here by noon. A new water heater was installed by 2:30. Milton was compassionate (we were frazzled) and knew exactly what to do. Really grateful for the care and expertise."

"I recently had the pleasure of having RossCo Plumbing upgrade my water heater set up in my home and I cannot recommend them highly enough. From the moment I contacted Richie, the owner, he was incredibly responsive and courteous. He took the time to explain the process thoroughly and provided a clear, fair estimate with no hidden fees. Richie’s team arrived on time and were professional and efficient throughout the entire job. They were respectful of my home, ensuring everything was clean and tidy before they left. My situation was a little complicated because we also needed to have my furnace replaced by another company, which required my water heater to be removed and then put back after. Richie was kind enough to help me out by coming out and taking care of all of that for me, including coordinating with the furnace company so that everything was seamless. Richie’s hands-on approach and commitment to customer satisfaction were evident in every interaction. He personally followed up after the job to ensure everything was working perfectly and that I was completely satisfied. It’s difficult to find such genuine dedication and personal touch in businesses these days. Overall, my experience with RossCo Plumbing was outstanding. If you’re looking for reliable, skilled, and courteous professionals in Puyallup, WA, look no further than RossCo Plumbing. They truly go above and beyond to ensure their customers are happy, and it’s clear they take great pride in their work. Thank you, Richie and the RossCo team, for making what could have been a stressful situation completely hassle-free. I will definitely be using your services again in the future and recommending you to all my friends and family!"

"Brian was on time and super knowledgeable for dealing with my tankless hot water heater. He got right to work and dealt with the problem and helped me establish a paper trail with the manufacture in case of any future warranty concerns."

"Drake was superior in communication, efficiency and customer service. He explained all that needed to be completed with replacement of my water heater with ease and understanding. Will definitely call for all plumbing needs as they arise."

"Robert was absolutely wonderful to work with! He was early for the scheduled appointment and was able to flush out my water tank in a timely fashion. He also fixed my bathroom sink without charge! He was extremely kind and curteous. I will be working with Robert for my home needs moving forward. High recommend!"
