I called Dr Drain and was informed it would be 4 days before someone could come out and fix it. I explained this was an emergency, the kitchen sink was inoperable due to the drain pipe being disconnected and I could not go 4 days without my kitchen sink. The person I spoke to did not say they were sorry this happened (it was obviously not hooked up correctly in the beginning) or offer any help in the situation. It is unexceptable for a plumber to not offer emergency services when something they did failed and made the sink inoperable for 4 days."

However, after scheduling twice for services provided by service plan, only to have them cancelled and told need to reschedule. What cold weather? 52 and 43 at night are not freezing temps; 69 and 67 daytime are not freezing temps.
