"Chris Cash and his assistant Hunter replaced my underground water service line on 10/27/25. Both were a pleasure to work with and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them both for all of your plumbing needs. Chris knows how to take care of his customers and exceeded my expectations again & again!"

"My prior water heater, a 50-gallon tank, started leaking after 15 years. I called Streamline to confirm that it needed replacement, and to replace it. I was considering a tankless water heater already, and the first tech walked me through the pros and cons, then wrote up an estimate. Two additional techs came the next day to install the heater and the necessary gas and power lines. The only issue I had was that one of the newly installed gas fittings leaked gas into the basement. I shut off the supply valve and called Streamline, and they came out within half an hour to fix it at their expense. Mistakes happen, and I was impressed with how professionally they corrected that one."

"The work done to install hot water heater was great. Mike worked hard to ensure we had hot water and I was impressed with that. Also he was was upfront about the cost and work to be done. I would have him do my plumbing work anytime."

"I called in the morning and Chris came out in the afternoon, when I was available. He explained and showed me what the problem was. He didn't have a new water heater on his truck so Tim came about 45 mins. to bring one. Installation was fast and Chris was very professional. They will be the first ones I call if I have any other issues."

"Chris and his assistant today, Robert, were professional, courteous, and honest. I scheduled them to change out water supply lines on 5 toilets in our new home. Chris assured me that the lines installed were of high quality and did not need to be changed out. I have plans to install a water monitoring system and will definitely use Cape Fear (requesting Chris, of course) for the job. I highly recommend Chris and by association, Cape Fear!"

"Edwin came over straight away and fixed my water heater in the same afternoon"

"best price, excellent installation and follow-up,"

"Dennis and Dwayne are awesome people. Detail-oriented, patient, good fellas. They did a bang-up job installing a new tankless water heater. Dwayne is heckin strong. Dennis is wicked smart. Pretty sure these guys build nuclear-powered space rockets for fun on the weekend. Check em out."

"Jonathan was very knowledgeable and was able to troubleshoot a very awkward water heater installation. He was pleasant, tidy, and thorough."
