There was a miscommunication about whether the water had been turned back on which caused me to take a half day off from work to turn the water back on at the meter. Before I got a chance to call the PlumbServe office and tell them off, the owner called me and asked me to explain the situation. I did, and I was not very polite about it. He calmly apologized for the miscommunication, and offered to repair the leaking water line for free He got one of his plumbers out to me right away and got the repair done quickly, efficiently, and correctly. Every company will make mistakes from time to time, and that can’t be avoided. As a customer, what you want is a company that will make things right when they make a mistake, and PlumbServe absolutely does that, even when it costs them. The dispatcher was prompt and professional. They called me before the plumbing technician arrived with an ETA. The tech arrived on time and was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained everything before doing any work. He not only fixed the leak quickly but also made sure I know where and how to operate the water shut off, Checked the water pressure into the house and the pressure relief valve on the water heater. The rate was relatively reasonable for a 20 minute call; at least compared to estimates for the other 2 companies. I will keep this companies number in my phone contacts for future home repairs."

"Main lead tech, Ron, did well hooking coil to outside compressor. The asst tech went under house to install new cooling coil to ductwork. He bent ductwork, taped it with insulation tape that connects coil to duct work. He failed to tell main tech what he did, but also main tech failed to check asst tech's work under house. The unit was working when they left. But they only ran it lil bit. Because it was a cool week we did not need to run a/c.. When temp rose, we turned on a/c. Worked for about 2 hours, when air pressure eventually blew insulation tape apart which allowed all the air to go under house. In turn, it froze up cooling coil & compressor. After calling, texting, etc for 3+ days, with no answer or response, we had to call another company to come because we had no a/c. The new company told us what had happened & gave us estimate. We said go ahead because we had no a/c. He went under house, removed bent ductwork with tape still on, & brought to us to see. He replaced the ductwork, & attached ductwork to cooling coil. He ran a system check with professional tools which is how he determined the previous tech added too much freon. So the additional cost for 2nd a/c company was $350. In addition to the already $800 we already paid Bellcow."
