"Iron Earth is the complete deal. They took down an 70 yr old garage that had seen much better days and replaced it with an exciting new garage and RV Port with a storage loft. Dan Faris and his crew did a marvelous job of tackling every step of the process; from planning, permitting, design, teardown, removal of old garage and every facet of the build. Unlike some contractors I've experienced in the past, he listened to our wants and needs. Discussing what could and couldn't be done while providing the details. I knew they were offering us to be partners in the process, not telling us what the project would be like others had. The team was professional and reliable i knew I could trust them in every facet. Iron Earth Construction and Dan Faris will be my go to for future projects, as I know I can rely on them."

"We initially contacted Attila Musci at Cascade Window and Glass about replacing the glass in the slider window (both movable and stationary parts) above our kitchen sink in early December 2015. This was being done because we were remodeling our kitchen, i.e. replacing countertops and flooring. Based on our approximate measurements we received a quote and decided to go ahead with the project. While meeting with the tech designer for our kitchen remodel we discovered that once the new countertops were in place we would not be able to remove the kitchen window, so the window repair would need to be done before the countertop installation. This didn't seem to be a problem because we were told that the project probably wouldn't start for several months. When we found out that the project would begin much sooner than expected (to our delight!) , i.e. in the middle of January, we needed to move up the appointment date for Attila to measure the windows. When he came out he discovered that he couldn't remove the windows with the existing faucet in place, so we needed to coordinate the removal of the window glass with the demolition crew removing the old countertops and kitchen fixtures. After many phone calls everything was approved, and the date and time were set for Attila to remove the old window glass, put the new glass in the existing frames, and reinstall the windows -- with a very quick turn-around so as not to delay the demolition crew. Attila was great to work with -- he was willing to change and adapt his schedule as needed to accommodate the timeline for our kitchen remodel. He is very professional and really knows his business. This is the second time that we've worked with him, and will continue to do so as the need arises."

"After contacting NW Natural Lighting, Dawn came to our house (on a weekend, which was nice) to do a consultation, explaining how solartubes work, helping us understand where and how they could have the most impact, and providing recommendations for where to install them and how many to install. Ours is a bit of an unusual case because we were installing the solartubes in bedrooms, but they explained that we could put dimmers in to close them at night. The installation had to be booked a month or two out because they're booked pretty far out, but the installers showed up on time and did a great job on the installation. I think our building is a little tricky to work with because the roof is pretty steep and the ceiling is lathe and plaster, but they got the solartubes in with only one extra hole in the ceiling (we pretty much end up with an extra hole in the wall or ceiling anytime anyone does work on our place). The additional light is great, and the fixtures blend in pretty well with the ceilings."

"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"Had SD Express (Honeycomb Construction) paint our garage and WOW - it made a huge difference. Overall very happy with the outcome and service provided by Eugeniu and his brother and would hire again (have already recommended him to family members). I sent Eugeniu an email and he replied promptly and came by for an in person visit to provide an estimate (I was only interested in prime / paint at first) but Eugeniu recommended that we mud / sand the walls first to give the garage a smoother finish. The estimate process was easy and when we agreed upon a date / time for service, Eugeniu was professional and arrived on time each day. Eugeniu and his brother covered the paint site with appropriate protective cover so the paint would not stain the floor or a few of our personal items that we left in the garage. They applied mud the first day, sand and prime the second day and painted the ceiling and walls the 3rd day (white ceiling and grey walls). The paint job made a huge difference - what was previously unfinished we now look forward to organizing and making it a useable space"

"This job was to renovate my home in preparation to sell it in early March. It consisted of a kitchen and 3 bathroom upgrade, flooring and lighting fixture replacement, painting and removal of 3 popcorn ceilings. Beginning the second week of January, the entire job was completed within 6 weeks. When first hired, the principal of Palm Construction carefully tuned in to my specific needs and targeted timeframe, offering succinct suggestions respects colors, style and quality of products used. Specialists in each trade worked cohesively with each other, as well as alongside other contractors that I had personally hired separately for windows and pool replaster. Although I had intended to live in the property during the renovation, I quickly realized that my occupancy was impeding progress, so I made the decision to vacate the premises. This was especially important during the removal of popcorn ceilings which contained asbestos. The work moved seamlessly from the removal of kitchen counters, sink, cabinet doors, appliances and flooring to the demolition of 3 bathrooms. Timely mutual decisions were made about fixtures, mirrors, flooring, sinks, vanities, paint and hardware, allowing the job to progress steadily to reach very precise goals. Along the way, it was determined that the air ducts needed replacing and AC would be a welcome addition to the total job. These issues were discussed and explained clearly and quoted at a reasonable cost - so I decided to add the change orders. Although I had never been involved with a home renovation in the past, I was very impressed with the patience and care taken to communicate with me throughout the entire job. I was a demanding customer with an expectation of perfectionism and Palm Construction was up for the challenge. Beyond the scope of the original job, Palm went above and beyond with finishing touches and little extras here and there. They've come back to help me even after completion of the job, when I needed some additional retrofits for my appliance installation, which was not even part of the original job. I know that I can count on Palm Construction to be responsive and willing for anything that may come up in the future. I learned that they are a GC that you can totally trust and rely on. In summary, I am in awe of the completed work. My friends and neighbors are astonished with the transformation of my home. The end product is flawless and most impressive. My realtor has already offered Palm Construction opportunities for other jobs. My neighbors have asked for their contact information to get quotes. I highly recommend Palm Construction for your renovation work, whether it is a large or small job. During the 6 weeks of this job, I got to know the principal, Guy Yaakov, and his team. We had a ditch up against our house left by the previous seller that was not only ugly, but dangerous for pets and children. I didn't know if asking for a deck/porch in this area was possible? So, when Brian came up with a creative, sturdy and attractive deck, I was delighted! It definitely increased the value of our home plus gave us new space to entertain guests.
