He had to cut the old windows out; had to trim the flanges from the new windows because of how they had to fit into the old openings; when he got to the last window, he found moisture ants; I scheduled the following work day to remove the siding and assess the damage.</p> <p>The new windows are nice and solidly installed. Chris and his assistant did their cleanup; they were thorough and professional and they are really great to work with. </p> <p>I sold the house, but if I were staying in the area, I would definitely use Chris again for all construction-type work.</p> <br />"

"Vernon was definitely to the rescue! He agreed to come out after a job he was doing in a couple of days around 5.30 pm. He said he was busy but would come to see if he could help us. He arrived at 5:20 on the agreed upon date and quickly determined that the venting had become detached from its post in the attic and that the roof vent was not the correct type for stove/oven exhaust. He made a quick trip to the hardware store for correct roof vent for kitchen exhaust, then climbed into our attic, attached the venting metal tubing to the post in the attic and then installed the roof vent within 2 1/2 hours. He was able to have two of his crew out within the next few days and they did a great job. In addition to installing the fan, they had to vent it properly out the roof, as the last one wasn't done that way. They were on-time, worked very efficiently, kept me informed of the progress, and cleaned up when they were done.
