"Called on a Friday got an appointment for Saturday between four and five actually got a phone call to see if they could come earlier. Tech came out took a look at our garage door and opener took my budget into consideration installed the new garage door opener belt driven instead of chain . Also did a rebuild so I got new springs seeing the garage door was still in good condition. Technician was fantastic left everything clean. Technician also showed me how to work the new door opener and keypad . I highly recommend this company"

"I reached out to MDI because of an intermittent garage door reversing issue that I wanted resolved as well as just general inspection of the state of the garage doors on a house we bought 2 years ago. I called in the morning and they were able to come out the next day. Arrived when they said they would, quickly assessed the issue with the reversing door and then moved the springs to a better location for each door to improve spring life and door noise. They were efficient, took time to answer any questions I asked about why they were doing what they were doing, and offer advice about concerns we might see in the future or parts that might need replacing.
