"They were efficient in terms of the process. They sent the pad in a reasonable time frame. I did have to call a couple times. It took about a month to deliver. They sent the material which was packed nicely. There were 2 issues: 1-the glue or adhesive they used smelled badly. I had to put in my garage for a couple weeks until that 2-every corner was protruded, the table pad corners were too sharp on the mat .which poses risks with small children. I called about that and they said to put some tape over it. The manager called back to discuss the issue was. She suggested that I try to fix. it. The company might have done something to repair if I had followed up."

We hired him. He and his crew came out and did the work. As the project progressed, I requested a couple of changes be made, and he was perfectly happy to accommodate my requests. "They kid they sent out didn't seem to have any idea what he was doing. He stood in the backyard just turning around. He didn't take any measurements, he didn't ask what I wanted done, he just stared. Then he said they'd send someone else out to give me a quote. Well, no one else came. I finally got an estimate via email with no details or information. It just said Fix fence - labor and materials - [price] and screen porch labor and materials [price]. No one asked me for specific information for what I wanted done and the cost to screen the existing porch was insane. You'd think they were going to build the whole dang porch. I didn't respond and hired another company to come out. This company was incredibly unprofessional. I definitely wouldn't recommend them."
