"GREAT! This company replaced my whole roof which had been in place for 28 years ago, which they had also installed because of hail damage back then. They are incredibly neat; lined the complete outside periphery of my home area with tarpoleoums to catch the debris of the removal of old shingles & under-lament. They are very swift, in that the whole job was done in two days. The job also required temporary removal & re-installation of 4 tubular skylights, some wood repairs, installation of modified roofing material on a low pitch 20 X 20 ft. area, ridge vents on the house & 400 sq. ft. carport, & lawnmower shed. Their job successfully met the Texas Windstorm requirements. I chose this company because of the excellent job they had done 28 years ago and completely trusted them again do a great job. My being a do-it-yourself type from having built part of this home, gave me an insight upon observing every step of the roofing job. Having had a favorable recommendation from my local State Farm Insurance agent, further said this company was still doing good work. Yes, I will use them again if needed."

"Shawn, the marketing manager, showed me all the details of the gutter guards. They are marine grade to withstand the weather. They were installed at an angle (usual practice) to enable the debris to slide or roll off the gutters. The gutter covers are screwed on and not glued on. They are also sculpted to give debris more airflow to wash off the gutter covers. All my questions were answered. The crew were very efficient and cleaned up the yard after themselves. "We’re currently remodeling two bathrooms under the same contract. The first bathroom is complete, and the second one just started this week. While their bid wasn’t the lowest we received, it felt fair and, in hindsight, definitely worth it. The project manager was an excellent communicator—knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and never pressured us to accept the offer. We’re extremely pleased with the quality of work on the first bathroom and are confident the second will turn out just as well. A tip for future clients: make sure you have all the necessary materials on hand. We did, and the team completed the bathroom ahead of schedule. The space is narrow, so the photo angles don’t do it justice, but I hope they still give a sense of the high-quality work delivered."

"Excellent gutter cleaning and hook replacements. Luis and "A" team were outstanding, efficient, courteous, and seasoned experts to perform the scope request which was bit of a challenge due to high elevations and clogging precipitation. Team replaced and installed new hangers, for extra support, of all gutters upon their primary inspection. Most importantly, the "A" team, as I referred, used safety precautions during their work performance. Successfully completed, less time anticipated, within 30 - 60 minutes of arrival and inspections. Such an effort of synergy with Luis and team! Please seek their services and you will be pleased. Very courteous and customer oriented. Thank you Texas Independence Gutters!"

"We had the pleasure to work with Ybarra Professional Builders on back to back projects in our home. Both came out better than we could have envisioned! Our first project was our hallway bathroom. Our project manager Ryan was always on top of things and very attentive to detail. He was always in communication with us and very responsive. The work crew was professional and courteous at all times. They completed the project in the timeframe we discussed and were so very pleased with the final product. Because we were so pleased with the bathroom remodel, we asked Ryan to help us with a kitchen remodel. This was a much bigger project and had more details in scope. I am happy to say Ryan and his team maintained the same quality, service and attention to detail as mentioned previously. Pretty impressive as this was a much larger project. We would recommend Ybarra to looking for their next home project. A special thank you to Robert and Isaac from the work crew."
