They took great care not to destroy my grass by placing plywood down as they drive their equipment around. "Nick and his team were initially very good at our snow removal. They worked with snowblowers rather than a plow, which made for a better cleared driveway. Initially, they came within a reasonable amount of time after a snowfall. But as the season wore on, the team frequently had not showed up even 24 hours after a snowfall - an unacceptable amount of time. Calls to Nick most often went unanswered. If, by chance, he did return a call, Nick was apologetic and polite - but it didn't change the problems. This season, with the first large snowfall, no one showed up - and multiple calls to Nick were never returned."

"Over a period of 2 years, Zimmerlee installed a total of 33 windows on my 2 story duplex.   Some of the living and dining room windows were quite large.  Eight windows were installed in the fall of 2011 and the remaining 25 were installed in December of 2012.   I have had several winters to evaluate them and I'm extremely happy with the quality of the Ply-Gem Premium double-hung windows.   In once instance, Mike Zimmerlee pointed out a minor surface defect that I probably wouldn't have noticed, and obtained a replacement.   The crew was very professional and cleaned up well afterword.   They forgot to caulk one window in my rear hallway, but Mike Zimmerlee returned to do it personally when it was brought to his attention.  The Ply Gem windows aren't the cheapest on the market, but they are very well made, and my home is much more comfortable in the winter as a result of this improvement.   I would recommend this contractor to anyone.
