"From the first meeting in the showroom to months after completion of the project when we'd call about minor issues, everything was outstanding. Steve and Vitaliy were tremendous throughout the process. Although we went into the project with the intent of solely replacing the flooring, we quickly realized that the prices were going to allow us to refinish the kitchen (at a fraction of the cost of a new kitchen) and add flooring in the bathroom and laundry room. Items that needed to be replaced (including flooring) were completed immediately.
We couldn't be happier with how everything turned out. While the quality of the product and installation were both excellent, the service we received was outstanding. We've never had an issue that's not been satisfactorily addressed.

She helped us work out problems that came up during the job. The tile looks beautiful. It doesn't quite line up straight with the wall in the kitchen.
