"They came, and were on time. They knew immediately that the issue was: a capacitor failure. They had a replacement with them. They had installed within 15 minutes or so. The only complaint was the charge for replacing the ~$30 capacitor was $322, which was added on top of the $105 diagnostic charge. No one expects to get parts at cost with free installation. but charging 1,000% of the part's cost feels like I was taken advantage of. The total cost was $427 for fixing a $30 item. I will never recommend this company, and will warn people to stay away if they have a choice."

"We met with Blue Best late in 2024 to discuss our concern with air temps in our living room and kitchen, which have high ceilings & southern exposure and are hot in summer. We were very clear about our concern, and the salesperson spent hours assessing our home and assured us his proposed system would solve the problem. We accepted the ~$14,000 bid to install a heat pump solution based on that assurance. By summer 2025, the living room and kitchen were still too hot on most sunny days. Despite many service visits the issue was never resolved. Blue Best ultimately stated the system was operating as designed and implied the problem was with our home, not their installation. In our opinion, Blue Best is only good at selling a solution. Blue Best has declined to remove the system or refund our payment, instead relying on fine print in the contract. We are now pursuing legal options. We have since spent ~$12,000 on a mini-split system from another contractor, which works as intended."

"We hired Amuri and the M.A.C. Atlantic team for our shower remodel was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. When Amuri came out for the initial quote, he really listened to exactly what we wanted and made us feel heard. This is one of the reasons we hired them for the project. As other "Big" remodeling companies who insisted on ripping out the entire bathtub or remodeling the whole bathroom. They were able to focus on just the shower, which was perfect for us. The entire crew was polite, respectful of our home, and did phenomenal work. The finished shower looks even better than we imagined, perfectly matching the style and look we were going for. Communication was excellent throughout, the pricing was extremely fair and competitive compared to other quotes we received, and the quality of craftsmanship is top-notch. We've loved working with M.A.C. Atlantic and are already planning to hire them for future renovation projects. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, h"

"Alex provided me with a fair quote to replace my aging furnace and AC. They came the next day and began to disassemble the AC unit on the roof. The following day they replaced the AC, furnace, and cleaned everything up and hauled it away. I was very pleased with their work and would definitely recommend them. My home is nice and toasty now!"

"Salt City Plumbing were quick to come out for a quote for a new water heater. Their price was reasonable and they were quick to do the work. They even went the extra mile helping get the water out of the tank before they even got the job. DJ was knowledgeable, friendly and did an amazing job!"

"The team from phone call to installation of a gas heater was a good experience for us. The installation team was very pleasant, polite, effiicient with their timing, installing, explaining, and courteous. Our heater went out over the New Year, and we were without heat for 3 1/2 days. Upfront helped us by bringing out space heaters to keep us from freezing. *5Stars* We recommend this company. "

"YES HVAC scammed me out of $2,500. When I had my furnace & air conditioner replaced last year, YES failed to mention that Carrier (both my heater & AC were Carrier brands) was running a promotion that if you replaced both a furnace & an AC system with Carrier products, they would give you a cash rebate of $2,500. YES HVAC simply did not inform me of the company rebate program; instead, they just took the money from me without my knowledge. I eventually found out about the rebate later when I replaced the second full system in our house. Obviously I went with another more transparent/honest company the second go around. When I discussed the situation with YES management (even providing them with the written proof from Carrier Company of the rebate program), I still have heard nothing further from YES. My suggestion is to go with the competition rather than YES HVAC; it cost me a $2,500 rebate, what will they scam you out of?"
