"Arrived as promised and took care of the fuse issue."

"I can’t say enough good things about Utah Climate Pro’s! Our home was built in 1986 and only had a swamp cooler — no central AC. We decided it was time to upgrade, and Chaz (the owner) made the whole process simple and stress-free. He came out the very next day, walked me through the best options, and helped us choose a highly efficient, top-of-the-line Rheem heating and cooling system. Two days later, his team was here installing two new furnaces and adding AC units to both. They were professional, respectful, and clearly highly trained — not your typical subcontractors. They protected our new floors, worked clean, and treated our home with care. The entire installation only took two days, and everything went smoothly from start to finish. We’re beyond excited to finally have central AC and reliable, efficient heating. If you’re even thinking about upgrading or adding AC, don’t wait — call Utah Climate Pro’s. Chaz and his team make it easy, and the quality of their work speaks for itself."

"Mr. Ferrell worked with my husband over the phone to fix the problem. It was surprisingly fast and stress-free. To have the work done remotely in less than an hour was wonderful."

"I am pleased with everything from them. The guy came and explained what was going on, he was honest about the issue, and advised how much it would cost to fix it or to replace the whole unit. And he fixed it."

"I have had this service done by a different provider. This experience was above and beyond what I expected based on previous experiences. Very professional and the outcome was phenomenal. Found my go to duct cleaning provider!!!"

"Jessie was the tech who was here for the service. He was great. Friendly and provided the right advice. Spotted the issue spot on.
I am a DIY person and did my initial troubleshooting but was not aware of what was going on and called a professional. Would definitely recommend them and will go to them next time.

"Hot and Soft Home Services did a great job and dealt fairly with us."

"It went well - He explained what he was doing and looking for throughout the process which helped me understand the questions better. He gave options for service, but did not push to sell more or create an artificial need to perform services. He did spend time pushing the annual service plan - pay regular monthly fee and receive 4 free evaluations each year. This did take up longer than I would have liked. I purchased this through Angie's List and it did take over a month before they could service my furnace."

"The technician was very friendly and got my furnace working in a flash. Very happy with the service and would highly recommend!"
