"We met with 3 different companies to advise on getting solar panels. The first 2 companies basically just told us what size system we could get based on state and federal tax rebate levels. "Great experience with a very professional crew. The work of fixing my front sidewalk and driveway was completed quickly, on time, and looks great now! Thanks to Jackie and Ryan, who did the repair work. They were friendly, efficient, and quickly completed all the work needing to be done. They answered all my questions. I would go to Baird Foundation Repair without hesitation for any future foundation or concrete work, if the need develops. I'll be recommending Baird to all of my neighbors and friends. Oh, and the cost of the work being done actually came in a little under what I was expecting, which was a very nice surprise!"

"New installation went well. I was a little upset that only 50% was covered being that the unit was 19 years old. I'm sure that parts for something that old would be hard to find. Replacement was recommended."

"Well, the first time the replacement was ordered it was the wrong one, which of course, delayed the installation a week. When it was finally installed I had to pay an additional $850 for code upgrades. This I was not informed of by Home Shield. Then we noticed that there was water on the garage floor and found that the pipe coming in from the wall was leaking at the wall so had to call the plumbing company back out to fix it. They first tried to say it was not their fault but since there wasn't a leak before they installed they did fix it. I have used Home Shield a few times before and never had a problem. Some of the companies they use are not the best so you have to research them before you commit. I have found HS service to be good if you do your homework. At the end of the day I was without hot water for almost 3 weeks but it was do to the plumbing company they sent out."

I also do concrete slaps, concrete driveways, and stucco. I can have 3 to 9 man with me it depends on how big of a job I get. All jobs required 50% down or cost of materials up front.
