"Predatory Sales and Subpar Quality Mad City's process is predatory from start to finish. Three hours of high-pressure sales tactics in my own home, even after I repeatedly stated I needed to discuss it with my husband. After the installation the field manager acknowledging the wave and gaps in the wall, he told me that while it didn't meet my expectations, it met their "standard of error." Let that sink in: Mad City Bath?s official policy is that crooked and wavy is good enough. If you value your money, or want a shower that is actually square and plumb, stay far away from this company. They perform subpar work, hide behind automated phone lines when things go wrong, and will abandon you the moment they have your money. Hire a reputable contractor instead."

I faced several challenges with insurance and finding the right contractor to take care of spring storm damage and make repairs to work a previous contractor performed to my home. I met with Al Birkenmeier and showed him everything that needed to be repaired. The QUALITY of the materials and work done was impeccable and reminded me of how things use to be done years ago. Bobby, the carpenter, treated me respectfully and didn’t cut corners. Al only uses subcontractors he trusts to do the same quality work and ALL of those subs did exactly that! My house is fixed and is warmer due to the other work that needed to be redone just in time for winter. I can’t thank Al, Bobby, and the Subs enough and I appreciate ALL of the work done. "Bath Fitter did an amazing job upgrading our shower. We had tile, but we were having so many problems with cracks in the tile and the grout cracking and causing leaks that we were recaulking every 6 months, to the point the shower became unusable. Bath Fitter gave us a competitive quote. The install took a full day. The shower is a larger custom size but they handled it like pros. They knocked out all the tile and green board down to the studs, took out the original flooring, reworked the plumbing, then went to work installing everything. They got done late in the evening but the shower looked amazing. We had to wait a few days for the caulk to cure, and we waited a full week just to make sure it was fully set, but we loved it right away. We chose the Delta 2 in 1 Hydrorain shower head and instantly loved it. The best part? Our shower no longer leaks! Very happy with Bath Fitter’s work."
