"I want to thank Hosack Plumbing, and Kent, for getting my situation cleaned up quickly and professionally. My water heater install is perfect, my water pressure spot on thanks to the new PRV, and is ready for inspection. Kent was thorough, professional, and very clean. He noticed my mask when I answered the door and wore a kn95 mask the whole time. The life coaching advice was an added bonus. Kent's work was great and I'm very pleased with the service provided."

"I needed to replace my parents' 40 year old AC Condenser and coil, and replace it with something that worked with the new furnace my father got installed four years prior. They were able to do the work requested, and also offered to redo the furance installation as the previous company installed it right on the basement floor where any backup/water could possibly get into the system. They were very prompt and showed up on time/on schedule. They were very upfront about costs and pricing and there were no last-minute price changes or hidden fees, which I appreciate. Work was done well and they ensured that everything worked before leaving the job site. The gentlemen working were very professional and understanding. I highly recommend them for anyone looking to replace their HVAC or to correct work that was previously poorly done."

"Robert has been here twice before, so we knew what to expect: pleasant, professional, and efficient. We had a fill valve problem and replaced the fill valve with an identical piece. However, upon replacement, the water line was leaking, and the shutoff was not entirely stopping the water from filling. Robert reseated the work I had done, explained what my problem was - missing seal, and replaced the shutoff. No troubles since."

"Gave a bid at 8 AM and came back with a 40 Gal. water heater 2 hrs. later. Did the work and my renter had hot water in about 35 minutes. Good job. They have got my business. Thanks."

"Amazing experience from start to finish. Super responsive, professional, and easy to work with. The water heater installation was done quickly, cleanly, and exactly as promised. Fair pricing, great communication, and quality work — I’d absolutely hire them again."

"Had them replace master water shut off valve. Did a great job, was quick, efficient, and reasonable!"

"I hired this company to extend the natural gas in my house and would definitely recommend them. I felt that the plumber who did the installation really knew what he was doing and seemed like a great guy. The installation went well and the price was fair."

"The technician was honest and said that the water heater is in good working condition not needing any repairs or replacement We were told the opposite by another company!!! They have indicated that it needs replacement!!"

"Great experience. Phil Smith, the owner, is professional, and explains each step of his work. I use him every year for my annual HVAC check-ups and you should too!"

"We hired Master Remodel & Construction after our master bathroom, kitchen and garage suffered major water damage after an interior flood caused by an overflowing toilet. Brian Inkley (owner) and Jacob Quick (project manager) have a team of dedicated, talented professionals. They did a superb job in restoring our damaged house. They are a busy team of workers who kept us appraised of their availability for the various stages of our restoration. For the repairs that they didn't do themselves they had excellent recommendations for the professionals we needed such as the carpet installation, closet system installation, kitchen cabinets and the refinishing of our hardwood floors. They seem to be in demand, working at several projects at the same time but we always felt that we were their top priority. Jacob worked with our homeowners insurance adjuster to be sure that the funds allocated for our losses were enough to complete our projects. We recommend Master Remodel & Construction with pleasure."
