We spent a lot of time together on the design and scope up front, and he was great about accommodating changes as the project evolved. He uses Joist to track everything, so the total cost and every add-on were carefully documented from the start. He came in right at budget. Communication was a real strength. We always knew what was happening each week and who would be on-site. His subs were professional, easy to work with, and accommodating.
