"I called Ryan for my water heater leaking. He came within the same day, ready to go and replaced it quickly. He provided a great service and affordable price. Highly recommend him for any plumbing needs."

"Great service at an affordable price. Had a new water heater installed. Felt confident in the selection of the water heater and the workmanship. Work completed in a high quality way at about half the price others quoted."

"Jason T. was excellent. Pleasant, neat, professional, highly competent. He came on time, removed old fluorescents and installed eighteen LED fixtures nineteen feet above ground, made no mess, took away all the trash. Stayed within the estimate. It was an excellent experience. Highly recommended."

"They were very fast to respond to my call and were able to send someone within two hours. The replacement of the hot water heater went well. For the water pipes they use copper crimp fittings instead of soldering so it will be interesting to see how that holds up over the years. My only concern is how they ran the gas line. They use Gastite CSST which is fine, but the CSST is run so it goes downward then back up and then downward again before it enters black pipe that has a moisture trap. It seems to me that if there is any moisture it will end up in the CSST instead of the trap. In addition, there is a pretty good bend in the CSST right before it goes into the trap section. Also, Teflon tape was used on the all the joints instead of joint compound. I think I will get someone from a different company to come in and take a look at it."

"Our gas water heater failed on a Friday night. Waking up Saturday a.m. to water in our basement wasn't a pleasant experience. We placed several calls and Quarry Hills was the only company to return our call. Michelle was very helpful with locating the same water heater within a short time frame as the gas heater that failed was still under warranty, to our surprise. She promptly scheduled a tech to our house by 1 p.m. the same day with the new water heater in tow. Seth was very knowledgeable and worked efficiently to get us back up and running. They were straight up with the cost and didn't exceed it when finished with the job. Rebecca followed up with a call to check in on our experience with Quarry and confirmed that they'd forward any warranty information upon receipt. Very professional from start to finish! We won't hesitate using them again for any future issues we may have."

"100% would recommend. Joe was able to install, diagnose and repair in one trip. Very reasonable pricing. He clearly knows what he is doing and has the experience for the job. Joe also followed up to make sure everything was working well, he clearly cares about the work he does."

"I couldn't recommend these guys more. We had a 21-year old boiler replaced and upgraded, and a new hot water tank installed. I can't think of a single way they could have improved the whole process. From start to finish, they were knowledgeable, on time, clean, considerate, extremely professional and they did exactly what they said they would. The also installed a temporary hot water tank and left electric space heaters on the one night the burner was out of service. Everything is now working as they said it would, and a big bonus is their workmanship actually LOOKS great too! A+++"

"Hired Forbes Plumbing for a full basement bathroom install. Was a complicated job that required out of the box thinking due to low ceiling heights. Terrence managed to find multiple solution to allow for proper shower height and our desired designed. Was super impressed with the service ; he was on time friendly and knows his stuff. Would definitely recommend. I also had him do a propane gas install after to accommodate my barbecue and that was top-notch as well."

"They installed a new hot water heater for me back in March. Nine months later, a part failed. Although the water heater was under warranty, Burke told me I would have to pay the labor but the manufacturer would reimburse me. The manufacturer refused and Burke Plumbing and Heating stepped and reimbursed the labor fee of $250.00! They are awesome and I would highly recommend them to anyone!"
