"I had major problems with a fridge. Jon came and told me what had to be done, he completed the work in a timely fashion. The problem resurfaced. At his own expense, Jon came 2 more times( one of which was on a Saturday) to our home attempting to resolve the problem. I couldn't ask for better service and to be treated more fairly. The issue was the piece of junk fridge, not the repair attempt."

"I hired American Appliance Repair Services to repair a GE Profile electric clothes dryer. I've used GE to repair other Profile appliances with mixed results and a high price. American Appliance Repair scheduled service two days after initial contact, technicians arrived on time, problem quickly diagnosed and after a quick trip to a warehouse to obtain the defective part the dryer was repaired. The charge was reasonable. I am completely satisfied with the service they provided."
