"Not only did they do some electrical wiring upgrades but also installed backyard lighting including landscape lighting and motion sensor lights. Installed electric to our hot tub. Ran conduit and installed power to our outdoor "tiki bar" During the holidays they did our Christmas lights. On a Sunday afternoon we placed an emergency call as we noticed smoke and smell coming from our outdoor meter. They not only showed up right away but found that our meter was completely corroded and a potential hazard so they worked for hours until the job was finished. "Zack Kinney Electric installed a transfer switch kit (9/18/2021) that I selected from Amazon, connected it to my existing panel box, and added a remote connector box in the garage to plug the generator into. I found that he was very flexible to do this project using the parts I specified and install exactly the way I wanted. The transfer switch from Amazon had a bad switch from the factory so Zack had to make multiple trips to get it all installed. This was no problem for Zack as he wanted to ensure I was happy with the install. The install is very clean and professional and of course everything works as it should. I hired Zack to check my kitchen stove (7/25/2022) since it kept tripping a circuit breaker in the house panel box. He checked the stove outlet and wiring but the stove circuit breaker needed to be replaced. Initially we got the wrong breaker that didn't match my exact panel box configuration but again Zack was patient with me and kept at it until we had the correct breaker installed. The stove has worked perfectly ever since! I refer my friends and family to Zack if they need help with an electrical project and Iâ m sure Iâ ll hire him again myself. Zack if you're reading this thanks again for all your help!!!!"

"Our main breaker kept flipping. We called the electric company for assistance and they determined we needed an electrician. One day half the power in the house wouldn't turn back on. In need of a quick response, we contacted Mike and within 45 minutes he dispatched help to us. Upon their evaluation it was determined that it really was an issue for the electric company to fix. Because the experts were able to give us the exact information to provide to the power company, our issue was fixed within a couple hours.
