They were both very understanding of our hectic home with three kiddos ?? we only had a shower stall in our main bathroom before the install, so we are really enjoying the deep soaker bathtub with kids! A lot less splashing on the floor. So thankful for all of the hard work put into this for us!!"

Takessha walked me through everything that they were going to do, take out tub, remove all tile and drywall.I had a drain pipe, that ran along my tub on the outside wall. We worked it out that, Takesha would have to pack out the wall a extra 21/2, to make it all work. Takesha and John really impressed me., they were amazing. They were super clean and coved everything. Robert initially worked with us on our replacement projects. He was punctual, reliable and works very hard to give the customer exactly what they are looking for. Angela stopped by and oversaw the project the day of installation and answered all of our questions during the installation with members of the installation team. The installation team worked very diligently and completed all of our replacements in about 5 to 6 hours. The installation team works exclusively under the Window Depot USA of Youngstown umbrella, which we were very pleased with. Very nice cleanup after the work was completed. We cannot recommend the team at Window Depot USA of Youngstown enough. We especially liked supporting two excellent companies (Window Depot USA of Youngstown and ProVia) who are headquartered locally in Ohio and in the Youngstown area and Sugarcreek, respectively."

"We hired Mike to gut and remodel our kitchen at the beginning of February 2021. Work was to commence at the end of May, but he didn't start until July 12. Two windows were removed and plywood covered the hole. No dimensions or layouts were given and the design was substandard (artist's rendering only so we couldn't tell). The countertops weren't installed until October. He quit around Thanksgiving having received most of the money and without informing us that he'd never ordered replacement windows. The cabinets he installed were smaller than we had before and we couldn't fit"
