The technicians show up on time, they solve the problem and replace and repair it fast and clean up afterward. Very satisfied with the quality and feel that we paid a very fair price. Very professional and their detail to the work performed was the best I have ever seen! I had them replace a 2-year-old Wellington window that would not close and the main glass failed. When they removed it that window was leaking water and black ants had moved in! Guessing there is a reason Wellington is out of business now! "I had an issue with my stream boiler last Saturday. Did a google search and called multiple companies except Lighthouse (also part of Premier HVAC) picked up the phone right away and the tech Slava (unsure if I spelled his name correctly) showed up an hour after my call. He was very knowledgeable. He first did a thorough inspection on my streamer boiler (I thought mine was called furnace but he corrected me and luckily Lighthouse also repair stream boiler), then giving options (replace the water feeder and side glass or the whole stream boiler since mine was already past 30years and it may not last long). Due to budget issue, after discussed with my family, we chose for now just changed the parts. Slava has no problem with that and I got lucky that he was about to arrange time to have the work done the same day. Slava is also very patient and professional. As he learned that I am new to streamer boiler, while he was doing his work, at the same time, he was giving “a lecture “ in terms of names, functions of each parts and the concept of how the stream boiler works and how to maintain it properly. I gotta be honest that I don’t recall all the he mentioned but at least now I have a concept. In terms of the price, I can’t say that it’s cheap but you pay for the quality of service that you get. Slava literally taking his time and spent about 4 hours to repair. Highly recommend."

"Moe came to the rescue! On one of the hottest days of the year our central air stopped working. Ugh! I didn?t think I?d get someone to come the same day or even call me back! Moe came through and did a professional job. I highly recommend him!"

"When your request a service, it important to ask if there is anything else I should know. My dryer wasn't getting hot so I thought I would just need my vent cleaned. Well, come to find out when the vent was clean and after the guy was packing up, he stated that "oh, we do provide a dryer cleaning and we have those packages he also stated "If your dryer doesn't get hot, you ming need a full cleaning of the dryer, where we take it apart" I would have requested that full service, if I would have known about that service. I'm not scheduling another appointment when the guy was already here and could have done everything to get my dryer working.... My suggestion is to ask all the questions possible to make sure you know your options for service. P.S. My dryer still isn't getting hot."

"This gentleman came to the job at the end of his work day on his way home . He quoted a price to change a thermostat that was $300 less than price set by Angie. When one thermostat didn't cover the hole he went down to his truck and was able to complete the job. It was an absolute pleasure to work with Mr. Vista chill.
