Additionally, we were told to remove materials (drywall, studs on the ground, insulation) which was not required prior to repair according to the worker sent to do the actual repair of the crack. At the repair visit, the worker sent was most excellent. A complete 180 on the customer service provided. The gentlemen was attentive, appreciative of the pre-work of material removal, and worked efficiently to get the repair completed within an hour. Quality of work was excellent."
