I was very impressed with the level of expertise and professionalism that each and every employee of this company had. From sales all the way through installation, everything went smoothly. They even neatened up the lawn and flower beds afterward installation so that you barely knew they had been there. They made any necessary adjustments to the sprinkler heads after we had been using the system for a bit. Then they came back out in the fall to winterize the system to prevent any water from freezing in the pipes. I felt the prices were definitely fair and the customer service was top notch. "Wayne was really great. He originally installed the sprinkler system we have years and years ago so he was very knowledgable on everything. He explained the current setup, what had broken and what we need to do going forward should we want to utilize the system. After fixing the broken part that had frozen and broke he winterized the system for us so we wouldn't have any more issues and put us on his calendar for the spring to come open up the system again and make any necessary repairs. <br />"

"The system was scheduled and installed exactly in the timeframe promised! The owner came out to my home to evaluate my needs and go over my questions and concerns. He was very pleasant to deal with and I did not get any bad and quot;vibesand quot; about him or his product. His team came and installed the system and did a terrific job. I did encounter a couple little minor problems with the install. I called and he came out the very next day to make the repair. After some days went by and I really got to learn the system, I wanted him to come by and educate me and make some adjustments. He came out and helped me adjust some of the heads and answer questions about the control unit. "We went to pick out the stone to be used at a stone supply store recommended by Quinn (incidentally, they were great too.  Very helpful and friendly!)  Then the store and Quinn coordinated the delivery of the stone that we picked.  Quinn was extremely reliable.  Whenever he said they would be there, they were.  He always called to let us know the arrival time and how long it would take.  And, it always panned out the way he said.  The wall and steps are beautiful and well-crafted.  He prepared our yard for work he'll do for us in the spring, because our budget didn't allow all the work to be done at once.  He was willing to work with our budget constraints.  We never felt pressured in our conversations with him to do more than we could afford or wanted to do.  And, he always returned our phone calls and cleaned up after the work.  We are going to use him again to finish off the yard with a patio made of pavers.  He may be a little on the expensive side, but it's worth paying for the reliability and professionality. <br />"
