"The team from Sophisticated Services was able to quickly clear the blockage and provide video evidence of a crack in the line at a highly competitive price. These guys are professionals in every sense of the word, and I would hire them again in a heartbeat."

"We recently hired Mike to install a new shower for us. He showed up on time and left the place as he found it no dust very clean and efficient. We would recomend mike 10 out of 10 times."

"I purchased an deal for $99 for 2 hours of labor.  Originally I intended to apply the time toward replacement of a shower faucet, but the same week, three gate valves in my basement began to fail.  Lew was very responsive and able to accommodate my schedule, and replaced all three valves with ball valves as well as the piping in the area.  I purchased an additional $150 worth of parts from Lew which are warrantied for a year.
What I appreciated most was Lew's evaluation of the shower faucet, which he looked at while he was at my house.  He pointed out that the faucet that I had purchased would not meet my long-term needs and made recommendations so that I could purchase (on my own) a model that would be better for me.  He also gave a very rough quote for the labor that would be required.  Lew could have just installed the faucet I purchased and waited until it failed in another year and installed another one and made twice as much money, but he didn't.  I'll certainly have him back again.

"Fantastic. He arrived at our house within 30 minutes of calling him. He evaluated the leak in the basement and quickly told us what was wrong. He had a water tank in his truck and replaced it on the spot. He was gone in 2 hours. He also helped me to clean the faucet filters. We have definitely found a plumber for the future. Highly recommend him."

"Max Construction came in to do a complete bathroom remodel to include installing a tub where there was none. Max was very accessible and responsive in getting a quote and answering any questions we had throughout the process. His crew showed up promptly 8 a.m. every morning and worked very diligently throughout the days. They were very conscientious in their end of day clean up. Even though we had difficulties with our order at Home Depot, they had no problem making numerous trips to pick up our orders as they came in. The tile work is beautiful and everything came out as we envisioned. Max's price was one of the higher quotes we received, but in the long run we were very pleased with outcome and the bathroom looks fantastic."

"Overall, it went pretty well. I took a while to decide on which of the colours and edging I wanted; they did a good job of following up and reminding me. Since this work is for a house I'm renting, I wasn't always able to get measurements quickly. There were some quirks. The Big Deal price doesn't include removal and disposal of the old countertop; that was an additional $300. It also doesn't include the re-attachment of the sink as they don't do that work so I needed to get a plumber involved. To be fair, both of these were disclosed in the Big Deal and by them afterwards. Since this is template-based, I went out to the house and met an installer who created the template. He worked quickly but, unfortunately, his English was rather limited and several times during the entire project, he had to call their main office and hand me the phone so I could talk to someone there instead. This slowed down the process and made the interactions feel clumsy. On a positive note, they do care about the work; I had decided on 1/4" bevel edging and the main office called back and said that that edging has a higher risk of chipping and, since this is a rental, I should go with the 3/8" round instead, which I did. Since I was reusing my old sink, they brought the slab in and cut the hole for it on-site but used a vacuum and cleaned up the dust quite well. They also lowered the slide-in sink since the new countertop are thinner than the old one. This was after yet another back-and-forth conversation that resulted in a phone call to the main office so they could tell me they would do the work but wouldn't be liable for any resulting damage; there was none. The result looks good and once I get the sink re-attached, all will be well. There are still a couple of minor issues but it is a worthwhile upgrade."

"Drainworks team has done several different jobs to my Plumbing and Well system to get them up to excellent standards. The guys were patient and had a sense of urgency wanting to get things repaired for me. I was absolutely satisfied with every job the guys completed. I had my entire Home filter system replaced, I had a leak in my Well casing repaired and also a leak in an underground main water Pipe that had sprung a leak repaired. I highly recommend Drain Works for all your plumbing needs!"

"They did a good job. I used this company because of the promotion they had on the website.  They were good.  The work was on time and no complaints."

"Dry-X Waterproofing , Healthy Way, waterproofed my basement. It was a substantial job. Jordan took
the time to explain and educate me on what was the best and most
economical way to go. I fully understood how everything works as well as
how damaging water in a basement can be. From what I've been told by
others is that most systems installed do not work as promised. The
system I received is fantastic. I have not had any water in 3 years. I
am pleased with Dry -X integrity, knowledge and professionalism. I
highly recommend this services
